His experience spans all development and construction phases, including site evaluation, program and zoning analysis, design development, contract negotiation, and construction management. A 20-year resident of Washington DC, Joe is dedicated to the community in which he lives and works. After spending most of her career working with venture capital groups marketing and developing new technology products, Yvette Freeman decided to follow her passion into real estate. After a stint as Chief Operating Officer of a Virginia-based firm specializing in the purchase, redevelopment and sale of urban residential properties in Northern Virginia, Yvette joined Freeman Development Group in 2002. Focusing on daily operations and new acquisitions Yvette works with architects, builders, contractors and our many community partners to help create unique spaces that are both stylish and functional.
